William C. Tharp

Law Practice

William Tharp comes to Greener Burke Shoemaker P.A. from his position of Senior Assistant Attorney General for the Oregon Department of Justice (1996-2005). While with the Trial Division for the Department of Justice, Mr. Tharp specialized in complex litigation, concentrating on constitutional civil rights, employment, and personal injury/tort law.

Before his position as Senior Assistant Attorney General, Mr. Tharp was involved in private practice, concentrating on complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, insurance defense, and plaintiff personal injury litigation. Mr. Tharp practices in the state and federal trial and appellate courts of Oregon and Idaho.
