David Krueck

Law Practice

David primarily focuses his practice on commercial litigation and all aspects of construction law.  David’s experience spans from small private construction to complex engineering, building, heavy construction and insurance matters.  He has handled a large number of jury and non-jury trials, as well as arbitrations and mediations involving a wide variety of construction related disputes, both public and private, including delay and impact claims, contract interpretation, construction management disputes, procurement matters, and lien and bond claims.  David represents all participants in the construction process:  contractors, design/builders, engineers, construction managers, trade contractors, architects, owners and sureties.  He also counsels clients in real estate matters, business transactions and land use planning.

A native of Dallas, Texas, David came to Idaho for the quality of life. He has focused his practice on the people and businesses in the community he has chosen to live in by responding to their needs with effective expertise — continually balancing his clients’ business interests with the legal issues presented. Remaining cost-effective by providing efficient, practical advice, David strives to help his clients and their respective businesses reach their full potential.

David graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law cum laude in 2000. Admitted to practice before all courts in the State of Idaho, the United States District Courts of Idaho and the United States Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, David is also a member of the Associated General Contractors Idaho Chapter, the Building Contractors Association of Southwestern Idaho, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
