Law Practice

Mr. Burke's practice focuses on complex litigation, with primary emphasis on commercial, business, products liability, personal injury, and civil litigation. He has been the lead counsel among the defense group representing product manufacturers in asbestos personal injury litigation in Idaho, Utah, Wyoming and Montana. His trial experiences covers a broad range of substantive law, including employment, medical malpractice, construction, products liability, and commercial and business transactions litigated in numerous state and federal trial and appellate courts. He has experience in class action litigation and alternative dispute resolution. He also has significant experience in appellate practice.

He has served on the Idaho Federal Court panels of approved arbitrators and mediators and on the Idaho Supreme Court panel of approved mediators.
