Robert L. Bilow

Law Practice

An accomplished litigator and business attorney, Mr. Bilow began practicing law in Boise in 1970 with Idaho legal legends Jess B. Hawley and Robert I. Troxell. During his tenure at the firm, he established a well-earned reputation as a litigator and routinely represented Fortune 500 and media companies. His broad litigation practice included complex patent infringement, multi-state IRS and anti-trust litigation, securities actions, and estate tax litigation. In the area of employment law, Mr. Bilow recovered a $5.4 million judgment based upon the treble damage provision of Idaho’s wage-claim statute.

Mr. Bilow stepped away from the practice of law to become President of a semiconductor equipment firm. While President, Mr. Bilow grew the sales of the firm from $6 million to $100 million.

In 2011, Mr. Bilow returned to the practice of law with GB+S bringing with him not only the legal expertise developed during his prior years in practice, but also a practical business perspective from his role as President of the largest semiconductor equipment firm in the United States.

Mr. Bilow is a Martindale Hubbell AV rated lawyer and focuses his practice on complex business litigation, diverse business transactions, estate planning and probate.
